Product Overview
OptiVitro® T Cell Serum-free Medium TE07 (phenol red-free) is a serum-free, xeno-free, exogenous growth factor-free, and phenol red-free medium specifically designed for the maintenance and expansion of T cells. Compared to traditional serum-containing media, its serum-free and xeno-free formulation significantly reduces the risk of introducing xeno-infectious agents during T cell culture. It also enhances the consistency between different batches of culture media and prevents the over-activation of T cells that may be caused by undefined components in serum. This allows for more effective expansion of T cells while maintaining their potential, which is beneficial for both clinical applications and large-scale production. Rigorous laboratory validation has confirmed that OptiVitro® T Cell Serum-free Medium TE07 (phenol red-free) is suitable for expanding T cells in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).
