OptiVitro® NK Cell Expansion Serum-free Medium NE01 (phenol red-free) is designed to effective the expansion of natural killer (NK) cells in cell therapy. It reduces the risk of xeno-infectious agents, ensures batch-to-batch consistency, and prevents over-activation and exhaustion of NK cells due to undefined serum components, making it suitable for clinical and large-scale applications.
● Xeno-Free: Compositions do not contain animal-derived components, as well as phenol red, ensuring cell expansion under xeno-free conditions.
● Compatibility: Compatible with a variety of NK cell activation methods, supporting the expansion of CAR-NK cells derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMCs), induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), and the NK-92 cell line.
● Efficient NK Cell Expansion: Superior expansion of natural killer (NK) cells under specific culture conditions, achieving fully functional NK cells within 14 days.
